The Ladies Cycling Training Camp for ladies cyclists of all abilities and ambitions is taking place on 26/27 January in Blessington, Co Wicklow.
You will have coached training spins in small groups, followed by talks on sports physiology.
Suitable for triathletes, road racers, mountain bikers and touring.

Timetable for the Ladies Training Camp 26th and 27th January
Saturday
9.00am Registration
9.30am Fully coached training spin - everyone will be catered for.
Spins will range from 1H30mins to 3Hrs30mins with average speeds ranging from 23km/h to 28km/h depending on the group.
There will be a group to suit everyone, no matter what level of fitness.
There will be a coach with each group.
1.00pm Lunch
2.00pm Sports Physiologist - Antonia Rossiter
3.15pm Tea/Coffee Break
3.30pm A talk by the coach you were on the spin with.
4.30pm – 5.00pm The coaches will be available informally for any questions you may have
4.30pm Leisure Time - you can relax, socialise or even avail of the leisure centre with swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and gym.
7.00pm 4 course dinner
9.00pm Film or documentary (based on cycling) to be show
Sunday
9.00am-10.00am Spin as per Saturday’s groups.
Start time depends on length of time each group will train for.
1.00pm Lunch
2.00pm A talk by the Women’s Commission - on Women’s cycling and all that is available for all levels in Ireland.
3.15pm Tea/Coffee Break
3.30pm Short talk by the coach you were on the spin with.
4.00pm Finish
