Hi Girls,

Cycling Ireland are holding two training camps for women cyclists and will have Aidan Ryan, CI Coach of the Year, in attendance to work specifically with mountain bikers.
This camp is not just aimed at elite racers, but anyone who wishes to try racing next year, or just improve their cycling.
They will also have a sports physiologist, sports nutritionist and a sports psychologist in attendance over the weekend to give talks and answer any specific enquiries.
It would be great if as a many mountain bikers as possible could attend, as it will be of great benefit to all levels. As you know CI are very keen to support women mountain bikers in any way they can, so this is a great opportunity.
