It is very useful if you wish to improve your racing or start racing next year. Its free so its a fantastic opportunity to acquire some professional advice. its not just for elite riders, its for anyone who wishes to improve.
Information is posted below.

PHYSIOLOGICAL TESTING FOR WOMEN THIS SATURDAY

Cycling Ireland's women's commission has announced that it will be
running a series of performance tests for female riders. The first of
these is taking place in the Alsaa Centre (near Dublin airport) on
Saturday and is four minutes in length. The test will measure power
output on a stationary bike, from which important data can be gleaned.

The commission has stated that the testing is open to all riders who
want to compete in the national league or internationally in 2008, who
want to improve their performance or who simply want to find out more
about their cycling ability.

Riders are asked to bring their own bike for warm-up purposes, plus
cycling shoes and pedals.
